PMHNP opening in Rutland, VT – outpatient

Seeking PMHNPs to join team in Rutland, VT. Experience preferred, but will accept applications of new grads with a background in healthcare.
- This is a FT Outpatient practice.
- Mon-Fri 8:00-4:30.
- Cerner is our EMR and Dragon is used for documentation of progress notes.
- Instructs patients on prescribed therapeutic regimens, home care and health maintenance. Evaluates outcomes of direct patient care and consults with other specialists as required. Provides preventative health care services to long-term patients and arranges consultations and referrals.
