Family Nurse Practitioner opening south of Albany, NY – 4 day work week

Seeking a full time Family Nurse Practitioner for primary care office located in Saugerties, NY. Group has been providing patient-centered primary care in Ulster and Greene Counties since 1998.
Ideal candidate will be patient centered and possess a strong commitment to providing high quality healthcare to the communities we serve. This practice is an NCQA Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH).
This is a full time position, with hours on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 7:30 am – 5 pm.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Board Certified and NYS licensure and DEA required
- At least one to two years of relative experience is required.
- Applicants should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented
RECRUITMENT PACKAGE:
