Seeking BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join team in Montgomery, AL.

• Type of EMR utilized: Athena (clinic), Altera Paragon (hospital) – integrated EMR system between clinic and hospital including imaging.

• Administrative Support Staff
• Each Physician has a MA or RN that works with them.
• Schedule/Volume:
  • Expected Schedule: Monday – Thursday 8-4:30, Friday 8-2
  • Anticipated volume
    • Average 20-25 patients/day
    • Mix of patients
• Hospital Details:
  • Surgeries scheduled as needed and block time
    • Eligible for block time after 6 months
  • Call:
    • 1 in 5 call

Compensation Package Overview:

• Base Salary with 3-year guarantee
• Quarterly production bonus wRVU
• Comprehensive benefits including health, disability, retirement, profit sharing plan, malpractice, etc.

• Twenty days Earned Time Off
• Five days for Continuing Medical Education
• $5,000.00 for Reimbursement of Expenses per year (CME, memberships in professional associations, DEA registration and board certifications)
